One of the first cottages we transformed, Honeysuckle Cottage sits apart from the other properties on the Estate, bordering the golf course with beautiful views across the valley.

 

Full of charm but previously used as a rental, the brief was to modernise the cottage, improve insulation and create a warm, welcoming retreat for guests. A soft neutral palette was introduced throughout to bring a sense of calm and cohesion, enhancing the natural light and allowing the setting to take centre stage.

 

The finished cottage feels relaxed, inviting and quietly elegant, with a simplicity that suits both the building and its surroundings.
